We’re directly operated by our founder and CEO, Konstanty Sliwowski, who leads this business from the front, exemplifying our principles as he serves our candidates and clients. As a privately owned business, we expect to be around for many years to come, and that means our reputation and quality of work must remain high. Unlike the commercial recruitment agency model frequently seen in London and across Germany, our boutique consultancy lead approach doesn’t mirror a “CV feeder” or “keyword match” strategy.

We operate on a retainer model, so we’re empowered to help companies drive long term growth through personnel recruitment and retention which extends far beyond one individual candidate placement.
