Dominika is a Technology Talent Sourcer for Caissa in Berlin. She has been involved in recruitment and HR since 2008.
Dominika has first joined the Caissa London Team briefly in 2012, after having worked at Modis UK on ERP recruitment for the European region. In the following years, she travelled the world while learning about photography and video making. During her work in a 360-degree Marketing role at a software development company, she collaborated with developers and learned about the specifics of their work.
In August 2017 Dominika has moved to Berlin and rejoined Caissa. The experience of having lived and worked in multiple locations (Slovakia, Cyprus, London, Thailand, Costa Rica, and now Berlin) has helped her in understanding candidates from all around the world.
